Destiny Ramirez began her journey with IDP as an ADP intern in the fall of 2019. While her internship was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in the spring of 2020, Destiny rejoined IDP as a floater teacher in September 2022. She is a highly dedicated educator, mentor, and role model who consistently demonstrates pride in her work and her classroom.
Destiny’s commitment to her role is evident in every aspect of her position, from the daily care of the children to fostering a positive and productive classroom environment. In May 2023, Destiny transitioned into a primary role and has since taken on the responsibility of closing the classroom each day. Most recently, she assumed the lead teacher role for a period of approximately three months. During this time, Destiny ensured the classroom ran smoothly by maintaining consistent schedules for the children and collaborating closely with her team to ensure that everyone was aligned and comfortable with the daily routine.
When a group of young infants joined the classroom, Destiny and her team faced the challenge of integrating them into the group. Under her leadership, however, they worked together to create a harmonious and supportive environment for all the children. This dedication and teamwork fostered a sense of pride within the classroom that we hope will continue to thrive.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Destiny for her unwavering dedication to the IDP program and for the positive impact she continues to have on the children and her colleagues.
