Psychology Staff Spotlight Award – Marisa Molta

Marisa Molta has been selected to receive the Spring 2019 Staff Spotlight Award! Marisa serves as our Payroll Specialist in the Human Resources office. She was recruited into this position in June of 2018. She helped the Human Resources team through the transition to UCPath this fall and maintained essential training and reference information for the new system. She is diligent with maintaining payroll activities and reviewing transactions for accuracy.

Congratulations to Lara Ray for being appointed the next Shirley M. Hatos Endowed Chair in the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior for 2019-2022. The appointment provides resources to promote clinical and translational research of a mid-career faculty member within UCLA’s Hatos Center for Neuropharmacology, with a focus of addiction neurobiology and associated affective states.
