Research and Teaching Interests:

My broad research interests are in the development, implementation, and dissemination of scalable, evidence-based interventions for mood and anxiety disorders. Specifically, I am interested in interventions that are affirmative, acceptable, and effective for individuals with historically marginalized identities, primarily sexual and gender minorities (SGM). As the Director of the UCLA Psychology Clinic, my primary teaching interests involve training clinical psychology doctoral candidates in the scientific, clinical, ethical, legal, and professional foundations of psychotherapy. Additionally, I am passionate about the provision of effective, efficient, and ethical clinical supervision practices.
